Since my mom is visiting with us for a few weeks,
as usual she cooks most of the meals.
She loves to cook so I won't deny her the pleasure of cooking.
It's one less thing for me to have to do and a much appreciated break.
So here is our menu for the week:
Monday- Vegetable Soup and Mexican Cornbread
Tuesday- Shepard's Pie
Wednesday- White beans with ham hocks with white corn bread
Thursday- Leftovers
Friday-Hunters Minestrone Soup with Grilled Cheese
Saturday-Tacos and refried beans
Sunday-Whatever you can find!
