Since we are having family coming in through out this week for Aynslee's birthday. I only did a menu up to the weekend. We will probably eat out or grill here which will make things easier on me for the weekend with the party planning etc. My mom gets here tomorrow and since she loves to cook she will be taking over all the meals while she is here. I don't mind one bit either.
Monday- Crop Pot Beef Stew (Josh's request)
Tuesday-Left Over Enchiliada's
Weds. Taco Salad Bowls
Thursday-Mostaccioli with Carmelized Onions and Mushrooms
Friday- Sour Cream Pork Chops, Rice, green salad and squash casserole
