Do you ever have one of those days?
When you wish it were bedtime already?
For some reason both of the girls were very clingy yesterday. They had to be either sitting on me, climbing on me or sitting right next to me. Arg! I love my girls but sometimes I need some space. I have shadows when I go to the bathroom. If I leave them room they are running after me. Last night I went into my room while Josh finished up dinner with them. Not a second past before Aynslee was at the door knocking, "Mommy, can you come out?"
Lately even bedtime doesn't mean a moment to myself. Neither of them have been sleeping well and waking up at least once a night. Avery has been having a hard time going to sleep. I am sure it will pass, I just hope I can stay sane before it does.
I finished the book I was reading.
"The Host," by Stephenie Meyers.
I really, really liked it. Which surprised me since I don't realy SciFi, but she just has an awesome way at story telling.
I started reading another book last night that a friend loaned me. Now I am thinking I should have picked a different book. IT's a little to heavy of a story for me right now. I might put it down for now and start something else. Josh started, " the city of Embers" last night but I am sure it wont' take him long to finish it. It's not very thick. I might go ahead and start, "InkHeart." But I must finish some knit projects first, I have been working on a pair of pants for like 2 weeks. Way to long for me. I can have something like that finished in a week or less sometimes a few days.
Ok, I didn't get much done yesterday since I was reading all day. So I am off to be productive for a little while.

playdates and books and other things
Ok, I know I have been bad about keeping up with my blog as of late. What can I say we have been busy.
We had a playdate this afternoon with some friends from our playgroup. The girls had so much fun playing. They have a fabulous back yard with oak trees every where. Lots of shade, and lots of outside play toys. Avery had such a wonderful time being able to just explore and play. I enjoyed the company and the fact that there yard is so kid friendly. I could just sit and watch the kids play together and have a great time. The weather here has been so great for outside play. Low 80's for a high, wonderful!!!!

So I finished the Twilight saga, I wasn't disappointed with the ending at all, in fact I like how the author wrote these books. It doesn't leave you wondering what happens to the characters because she expands the story and gives it closer. Where in most books I read I finish and think, "Well, what happened to them?" However; I was sad that I finished it. Now I am reading a book as a recommendation from a friend. It's just slow reading but the story has started out good. I haven't been able to sit and be completely in grossed in a book to many other things going on.

My mom comes in on Friday and we had a camping trip planned for the weekend. However; Josh schedule was changed and now has to work. It doesn't look like we will be able to pull it off even with the campground right next to the base. We might be able to go for one night but we''ll have to see. I just hate this because we all were looking forward to it.....
I hope that catches up everyone for now. I need to run....

Finished
I finished "New Moon" it barely took me 2 days. Now I am lost wandering what happens next in the story. It is very addictive for sure.
The trouble is my mom is still reading the copy she would send me. She's been buying them then when she's finished she mails them to me. I put my name on the hold list for it at the library it said there was 1 available. But I don't know how long it will be before I will get my hands on it.
Pure torture!!!!!
I'll survive but one things for sure. I won't let Josh read the rest of the books before me. It's worse than sitting through a movie with him once he's read the book first.
It's an obsession now!
This started out innocently enough. Reading.........what harm can there be in that, Right?
Then is slowly became my new obsession, staying up until crazy early morning hours unable to go to sleep until I find out what happens next. It's crazy. So cray that yesterday alone I read 437 pages into book 2. That's more than half the book. Did I mention I started reading the book yesterday? It only took me 3 days to finish the first one.
Now I am agonizing over the fact that the movie release is so far away. I hope it does it justice really.
If you haven't already been pulled in.........what are you waiting for?
Twilight is absolutely the best series I have read in a long time. It has all the elements, romance, suspense, first love oh I could go on. It keeps you guessing at every turn.
So go get a copy today, I don't want to be the only one just discovering what everyone has been talking about. Or wait maybe I am!

Books
I just finished up reading 2 books I have to tell ya'll about. The first one is Paula Deen's, It Ain't All About the Cooking. I love this book. It gives a good insight on her life and struggles and all that she has risen above to be a sucessful business woman.
The second book is a book about vaccinations it's titled: "Vaccines, Are they really Safe and Effective?" It's by, Neil Z. Miller. It's forwarded by two medical doctors. At first I thought this book was going to be how the vaccines have helped with the diseses they protect against. It's written as a really easy read and it gives the back grounds of each disese, when the vaccine for it first began and the statistics for them. I was shocked at some of the straight forward information in this book. It coincided with other things I have read on this subject. Including the ingredients in the vaccines and studies done by the medical profession on the type of reactions that can occur. I got this book from the Library but all the other books I had found on the subject weren't available. I highly reccomend this book if you are struggling with the decision to vaccinate or not. Or if you just want to know more about it.
Until next time...................
